1. Delivery Areas
Service Availability: Dash Me services are available within the specified delivery areas listed on our app. Check our app to confirm if your address is within our delivery zone.
Delivery Restrictions: Certain areas may be restricted due to safety concerns or logistical challenges. These restrictions will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.
2. Delivery Times
Standard Delivery: Our typical delivery window is between 30 to 60 minutes from order confirmation, depending on the restaurant and location.
Peak Hours: During peak hours (12 PM - 2 PM and 6 PM - 8 PM), delivery times may extend up to 90 minutes.
Special Conditions: In adverse weather conditions, high-demand situations, or special events, delivery times may be longer than usual. Updates will be provided through the app.
3. Delivery Fees
Standard Fee: A standard delivery fee is applied based on the distance between the restaurant and the delivery address.
Surge Pricing: During high-demand periods, an additional fee may be applied to ensure prompt delivery.
Promotions and Discounts: Occasionally, we offer free or discounted delivery. Details will be clearly displayed on the app.
4. Order Tracking
Real-Time Tracking: Track your order in real-time through the app. You will receive updates on the status of your order from preparation to delivery.
Contactless Delivery: For safety, we offer contactless delivery. The driver will leave your order at your doorstep and notify you via the app.
5. Special Conditions
Allergy Information: Customers must clearly specify any food allergies or dietary restrictions during the order process. Dash Me is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by undisclosed allergies.
Order Customization: Special requests or modifications to orders will be accommodated if possible. Please note that some restaurants may not allow changes to their standard menu items.
Delivery Restrictions: Delivery to certain high-security areas (e.g., military bases, restricted zones) may not be possible. Please check the app for specific details.
6. Delivery Issues
Missing or Incorrect Items: If your order is missing items or contains incorrect items, please report it via the app within 24 hours. We will resolve the issue by either redelivering the correct items or issuing a refund.
Damaged Orders: If your order is delivered in a damaged condition, contact customer support immediately for assistance.
Late Deliveries: If your delivery is significantly delayed (over 30 minutes beyond the estimated delivery time), you may be eligible for a discount on your next order. Contact customer support for details.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided are accurate and complete. Dash Me is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Accessibility: Ensure that the delivery location is accessible. If a delivery attempt fails due to inaccessibility, you may incur additional charges.
Receiving Orders: It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to receive the order at the specified delivery location.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placement without penalty. After this period, cancellations may incur a fee.
Refunds: Refunds for issues such as incorrect or missing items will be processed within 5-7 business days.
9. Delivery Partner Policy
Conduct: Our delivery partners are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times. Any complaints regarding delivery partner behavior should be reported to customer support.
Safety: Delivery partners are required to adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws. Dash Me is committed to ensuring the safety of our delivery partners and customers.
